The event is organised by UNA Eastern Region. The topic Vijay Mehta will be speaking on is “Reforming the UN for the 21st Century”. In his talk, he will cover areas around international security and peacekeeping reforms as well as institutional reforms (Security Council and General Assembly). In conclusion, he will explore ideas for creating a UN fit for the 21st Century for establishing a peaceful world followed by Q/A session.
